Pikor Main Body or Shell

What is a Picor Excavator Seal Kit?
A Seal Kit is a set of washers, O-rings, packings, lip seals, dust traps, and gaskets that seal the hydraulic system and prevent oil leakage and contamination.
The main purpose of the seal kit:

12. Diaphragm Rubber:
A diaphragm or “diaphragm rubber” is a flexible piece of reinforced rubber (usually with special fibers) that is installed at the top of a hydraulic hammer. The main function of the diaphragm gasket is to separate the nitrogen gas in the upper chamber of the hammer from the hydraulic oil.
Excavator Picker Parts Working Cycle:
- Hydraulic oil enters the picker from the excavator pump and is directed to the back of the piston.
- The piston is pushed forward by oil pressure and hits the back of the pen at high speed.
- The pen hits a hard surface (concrete or stone) and crushes it.
- The oil drained from the front of the piston returns to the tank.
- This process is repeated in a few milliseconds (up to several thousand strokes per minute).
